Our second keynote will be hold by Selena Deckelmann. She is a major contributor to PostgreSQL. She recently joined the advisory board of the Ada Initiative. She speaks internationally about free software, developer communities and trolling.

Her interests include opening up government data with the City of Portland, urban chickens and finding ways to make databases run faster. She'll be speaking about the the times when things go horribly wrong. And, how free and open source software developers can do better -- by learning how to teach.
