Free beta exams for DevOps
In cooperation with DevOps and open source communities, the LPI has now for the first time developed exams for DevOps. Important competences in the ICT sector thus become verifiable. Beta tests will be held at the FrOSCon on August 19 and 20. Graduates will receive a full LPIC-OT DevOps Tools Engineer certificate without having to pay for it.
LPI Exams at reduced rates during FrOSCon
Also in this year, visitors of FrOSCon can take discounted LPI exams during the congress.
Following LPI-Certifications will be offered:
- LPI Linux Essentials - English and German
- LPIC-1 und LPIC-2 (101, 102, 201, 202) - English, German and French
- LPIC-3 (300, 303 und 304) - English
- Univention Certified Professional Exam (LPI 198) - English
An exam takes approx. 2 hours including preparation. The reduced-rate examination fees can be found at the LPI Registry site https://lpievent.lpice.eu.
The fees must be paid in cash in the exam room before the exam. Participants must present personal identification and and a valid LPI ID Number before the exam.
You can obtain an LPI ID Number from https://cs.lpi.org/caf/Xamman/register.
Due to limited space for LPI Exams, we advise exam takes to register in advance. The LPI register form is available at https://lpievent.lpice.eu.
The exams take place at Saturday, August 19, at 10:00 am and at 2:00 pm and at Sunday, August 20, at 10:00 am. Please be in the room 15 minutes before the exam starts.
